What are your general sizes?
We have a product sizing chart located in each cart box below the product description. We measure using inches and provide bust, waist, and hips measurements. Sizes may vary between garments, but generally an extra-small size runs 0-2, small size runs 4-6, medium size runs 8-10, large size runs 12-14, and extra-large size runs 16. Our one-size dresses fits 6-8 sizes.

How will I know if a sold-out item has been restocked?
You may sign up for the restock notification email for sold out items. The Restock Notitifiction sign-up is located in the main menu bar at the top of the Home page, and each product page. You will receive a notification when the item is restocked. Don't forget to follow us on:
  1. Facebook.
  2. Twitter.
  3. Instagram.

May I cancel or change my order?
We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please email our customer care department to see if it is not too late to cancel. In the event that the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for a full refund (less shipping cost). For a full refund, please make sure your return is postmarked within 14 days of order date. Please see our return policy for more information.
We are currently not able to revise any orders once placed. If you made an error on your order it is best to send an email to our Customer Care Department to have the order cancelled, and then place a new order with the correct items.

I just placed two orders, will you combine them?
Orders can be combined ONLY if the orders in question have not yet been fulfilled and shipped. To check the status of your order and inquire about combining orders, please email our Customer Care Department. and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What are my shipping options?
We ship worldwide via USPS. Shipping for all domestic U.S. is on us for all orders over $50! Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped with priority 2-3 day shipping. Other shipping options include:
  1. $6.80 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $50. This shipping option is estimated to arrive to you between 2-3 days of shipping from our warehouse.

  2. Priority Express is guaranteed by USPS to be delivered to you within 1-2 day of shipping from our warehouse. This is the only guaranteed delivery option. If USPS fails to deliver your package during the guaranteed time period, please contact us after your package has been delivered.


Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping fees in most cases. If you have a defective item, then we will certainly take care of the return shipping fees. Otherwise, please note that we do not offer free returns at this time.

How do I make a return?
Please refer to our return policy to confirm you meet the guidelines.

Why am I getting an "AVS error" when I am checking out?
If you receive an "AVS error" code when checking out/unable to check out, then this normally means there is an issue with your credit card. One example is your billing address does not match the billing address attached to your credit card/bank account. Please contact your bank for your billing address. Another cause for a checkout error is using an American Express gift card. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept American Express gift cards at this time. Our system does not allow credit card gift cards (i.e. AmEx or Visa gift cards) to be combined with a debit/credit card purchase.

Why do I have multiple charges on my card?
When our credit card processor (Paypal) receives your potential order from our website, they pass all the necessary information to your bank or the issuing credit card company. Immediately, your bank or the credit card company places a pre-authorization on the account, then checks the AVS (address verification system), and sends a reply back to our credit card processor (Paypal).

If the AVS check fails or the transaction is denied, our credit card processor (Paypal) cancels the transaction immediately and notifies us. However, the issuing bank or credit card company has the option to allow the authorization to remain for up to 3 to 30 days, and in some cases longer. This pre-authorization hold can only be removed by the issuing bank or Credit Card Company.

PLEASE NOTE: In these situations DJLan Fashion Designs is not holding funds or charging your card, nor do we have access to do so. If a pre-authorization hold for funds from a canceled transaction is present on your account, you must contact the bank or credit card company if you wish to remove the hold on your funds sooner than the 3-30 day window.

Can I use my "credit card gift card"? (Visa or an American Express gift card)
An AmEx gift card will not work at all on our site. Other credit card gift cards may work, but they cannot be used with another credit card. We have seen successful transactions with credit card gift cards when those gift cards have a billing address attached to them. They can be used as the only type of payment, and not combined with a debit or credit card. If you have any more questions, please send us an email to our Customer Care Department.

Why is my order delayed?
Once an order ships from our warehouse via USPS we do not have control over the delivery time. We process orders as soon as possible from our warehouse. However, on rare occasions, such as a holiday, it may take between 3-5 days to ship out.

***Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays.***

If you need your order immediately, we recommend overnight shipping, which is an extra charge. You must email us immediately to process.

*Note: USPS overnight shipping is not available for all regions.


Can I buy more than one of the same item?
Yes, when you click the "Add To Cart" button you will be directed to your shopping cart. There you can simply change the quantity in your cart to any quantity that you want. When you check-out, the quantity and the amount of the purchase will automatically be updated.

Can I get on your email list?
Yes, you can sign-up to be on our email list by going to the "Restock Notice" located on the main menu bar at the top of the Home page and all product pages. Simply click the "Notice & Email Sign-Up" link on the dropdown.
