NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME EXACT ITEM? Please be aware that our items often sell out very quickly! Please go ahead and place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item and send the incorrect size back for an exchange, just make a note on your packing slip with the new order number. Our exchange program only works for the exact item in a different size.

NEED TO RETURN? Unworn, unwashed goods may be returned for a full store credit of the actual purchase price as long as the tags are attached, and shipped back in an exterior shipping package. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days from the date your order was received. Requests for a full refund (less shipping cost) instead of a boutique credit will be accommodated with a 10% restock fee.

NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS MARKED 50% OFF OR MORE. JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged or beyond 14 days from the date your order was received, or that they are Final Sale items, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay the shipping back to you, or we will donate them to charity after 14 days.

When making a return please contact us, or send an email to our Customer Care department for further instructions. Please remember that when making a return to make sure your order number or packing slip is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. USPS is typically the most cost effective way to ship. All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Excessive returns may result in a Restock fee.

Within 3 business days of receiving your return we will either give you a boutique credit or send you a refund (less shipping costs). Then you can start shopping again!

SOMETHING WRONG? Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, other than the items that are specifically on sale as slight imperfection items, you must contact our Customer Care department within 3 days so we may address the issue and issue you a prepaid shipping label. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.

DJLan Fashion Designs works diligently to bring you quality apparel. However, from time to time garments may have a slight imperfection. In these rare and isolated cases where the imperfection is too small to really notice, DJLan Fashion Designs will offer the garment at a discount. As a result, our customers can have a great looking garment at a low price. However, on these discounted items ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
